i made a new topic about this since im the new kazekage and the old topic wasnt having much progress xD
Wind country is a country based on ure fighting level on hamachi
Everybody who wants to be a good fighter and learn how to fight on hamachi join the wind country ^^ we are also alied with rain since we are both fighting countrys
