I am going to actually create a banner for this forum.

i dont mind if you make me a water country different one with sujitsu and kisame but make it very good for free ?

Ok i sure will but i have to finish the banner first then i have some other requests on other forums and then i will make your one.
BTW i am going to make a practice banner and see if it turns out good and if it doesn't i will later make a better one.

I have created the banner in two versions, i will post this on the banner designs thread as well just tell me which version you like better. There is one fiery one and one normal one.
